In general i like the hotel - the comfirtable room, well cleaned and equiped (tv, radio, tel, fridge, hair-dryer). Staff at the receiption was pleasent and served us quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Grand. The room was well kept and in very good condition. The staff were friendly. We liked the location and the Hotel proved to be very good value for money.

I have been staying at the Grand since 1995 and have spent several weeks there. I have always found it comfortable and friendly and hopefully I will continue to use it.

Negative aspects:
The rooms are in need of an upgrade and I would like to see additional TV chanels especially Sky News

The rooms were large & well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We were able to book a tour of the city which we enjoyed very much through the Concierge. Our stay was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again!
