- friendly and helpful staff - smoking allowed - spacious rooms with spacy wardrobe - free fitness room - very good restaurant, quick service - not noisy - good taxi service

Negative aspects:
- windows in the rooms cannot be opened - towels are changed even if one wants to use them a second time - not a very good lighting in the rooms - air condition not working very well

Positive aspects:
The hotel is placed very centrally in the City. We found it very nice, excellent service at the front desk as well as in the restaurant. For me personally it was a grest plus, that you can get non smoking rooms.

Negative aspects:
I only have the comment that I would like to be able to open a window. For me AC is not fresh air.

doskonale polozenie w centrum Warszawy. Bardzo wygodne i funkcjonalne pokoje.

I have no negative comments about your hotel. Everything is clean and the service is good.For sure I will use your services for my next visit in Warsawa. Also the location is very good, on walking distance of the city center and Arcadia shopping center.
