The fresh flavours of earth, sun and sea are on the menu at Venti-Tre, the
hotel's Italian restaurant. A visual feast of wood, steel and brick, the
restaurant is bathed in sunlight streaming through a glass wall. In the balmy
months of summer, the wall slides open to allow guests to enjoy starlit dining.
A dazzling exhibition kitchen is central to the restaurant design, replete with
wood-burning oven, bringing the sights, sounds and scents of the kitchen to the
guest in a sort of 'culinary theatre'. A glass-enclosed wine wall houses an
impressive array of European and New World vintages.

A new concept to the Warsaw scene, Q Club is 'style-central', a cool collage
of Jazz Club, Restaurant and Bar. Sleek, sexy and multidimensional, stirring
design features adorn Q Club: from steel beams to smooth wood floors; a 3-D
Richard Walker art wall excites and hues of turquoise and bordeaux surround the
open theatre kitchen. A chic glass bar offers an eclectic selection of cocktails
and vodkas complementing the fresh, fun, Japanese cuisine. State-of-the-art
sound and light tech provide the ultimate support to live Jazz bands, playing
nightly at Q Club.
Dramatic space, strong lighting and the suggestion of camera angles, text and
imaginary soundtracks are all part of the illusion and underline the style of
the ultra-cosmopolitan bar for after work cocktails and Japanese favourites.
