Positive aspects:
On overall, it is excellent minus. Room service by day is excellent.

Negative aspects:
One elevator of the new building, right side is not functioning well during my stay. Quick maintenance actions are required. Additionally, main elevator is very much slow, It is timing to renovate it.

The room was spacious and of high quality.

Negative aspects:
The bar was closed for refurbishment during most of my stay. I had great difficulty in connecting my laptop to the Internet from my room. (The technical staff spent many hours getting the connection to work.)

First view of the hotel is not clean, but in fact it is clean but status trends to be bad. Matrasses are bad, very bad ! I mean quality. Single beds are too small. Desk service (reception) is good but a little bit soviet style. Breakfast room not enough places. Not everyone likes to share a table at breakfast time.

Positive aspects:
Good central location. Quiet considering it was in the heart of the city. Breakfast was very good, particularly as you served real food -- eggs, meat, etc. (We don't consider bread and breakfast cereals as suitable for human consumption)
