Positive aspects:
Very convenient location, clean, quiet, A WASHING MACHINE, ...

Negative aspects:
A leak behind the wall the last evening there. Need a better way to drop off keys, especially if one has an early morning flight necessitating being at the airport 7:00 am. Other than that very satisfied.
