When you find a hotel you would like to stay in simply click on "booking" to go to the reservation/request form. When you click "Submit" you will automatically go into secured transaction and all your credit card data will be encrypted. Once you send credit card info to us - we will make a reservation.

Some hotels require prepayment on any or some booking dates. In this case you will be informed about hotel payment and cancellation policy at the bottom of confirmation e-mail.

The web site uses 128 bit encryption Secure Server. This means that your information is encrypted while in transit. Your credit card information is safe with us. Travel Online uses secure socket layers, encryption techniques and firewalls to safeguard all of your personal information.


Our reservation desk is open 7 days a week . So depending on the time zone we will contact you anywhere from a few hours to a day to answer your question or confirm booking. All transactions through our sites are safe and have secured reservation form.


You are able to cancel your reservation at no service charge up to 5 days after the date of confirmation e-mail with rates. After that there is a USD 10 service fee to cancel the reservation. If you cancel your reservation 3 days prior to your arrival you might be charged cancellation fee depending on the hotel policy. Cancellation policy and method of payment may also differ in some of the hotels or on some booking dates. In this case you will be informed about hotel payment and cancellation policy at the bottom of confirmation e-mail.

Along with the confirmation e-mail you will get a link which you can click on to cancel your reservation.
