Positive aspects:
1.the hotel is well situated 2.there were good signs to reach your hotel 3.the parking service was good 4.the people in the hotel were very nice

Negative aspects:
1. more people should have a knowledge of the english language 2. you have to explain better how to pay the bill for the parking 3. you should give more information how to get to the inner city; perhaps it will be possible to give more sevice to get there for a nice price 4. in near future you will have to live with the euro as a kind of payment even if you don't have the currency itself in your country
