sehr schöne Lage am See, gemütliche Räume, viel Platz

Negative aspects:
nicht ausreichende Sicherheit nachts- Haupteingangstüre war versperrt, im Falle eines Brandes hätte es keinen direkten Fluchtweg gegeben !Auch war kein Nachtportier erreichbar

sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Ambiente.Freundliches sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.Wir haben das Hotel genauso vorgefunden wie im Internet angegeben, was ja nicht immer der Fall ist.

Positive aspects:
It is a beautiful castle hotel in the middle of a forest. The inside is beautiful resored with small corridors and stairs. The room was very cosy with a great vieuw at the lake. It was very pleasing that the personel in the restaurant served dinner in medevial costumes.

Negative aspects:
There weren't many guests which made the restaurant without a lot of atmosphere.

Die Zimmer waren wunderbar! Sehr freundliche Bedienung sehr sauber sehr gutes Essen! Das beste Hotel, das wir bei unserem Polenaufehthalt hatten!

Hotel hall and our room were beautiful but little bit too cold.

Negative aspects:
There was some kind of ghost show at night all over the hotel and the staff did not tell us beforehand. All that noise and power cut were frightening at that time of night. I was very angry because we were traveling with our child.
