The Location of the hotel was very good in the centre of Szczecin - The Reception area being open and welcoming & the Staff very helpful. The rooms were clean & tidy and well appointed. The breakfast was very good and again the service staff were helpful - all in all a very pleasant stay.

The staff is nice, and whre the hotel is situated, for me is exellent.
Negative aspects:
As I have been staying in Hotel Arkona several times, also with busgroup, I was a bit irritated/ surprised/ angry this time, because I had to add the price of breakfast. When you are ordering a hotel , and special when you have invited friends, and then you must add something/ breakfast to the rate, Im not satisfied		 My rating:
