STANDARD TERMS OF RENT

Each rented car driver should have a driver's licence valid on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Age restrictions
For ECMN, ECMR, EDMN, EDMR, CDMR group cars, the driver must be over 21 years old and must be having a valid driver's licence for at least one year.
For SDMR and SVMR group cars, the minimum age is 23 years and the driver's licence valid for at least 3 years  for general terms of rent.

It is allowed to rent a car to a driver who is younger by no more than one year than the age required for the respective car group, against an extra fee of Euro 5 per day.

Renting and returning cars
The car can be returned at the Sixt outlet stated by the Lessee in the rental agreement, in the country where the car is rented at no extra fee, or abroad subject to respective rates. Detailed information about the rates is available in Sixt rent outlets and on the Internet at www.sixt.pl. A fee of Euro 15 is charged for renting or returning the car outside the Sixt outlet, but within the city, during the outlet's opening hours. Outside the city, the fee is Euro 0.50 per each kilometre.

When the car is rented or returned out of Sixt Rent Outlet's opening hours, an extra fee of Euro 15 is charged.

Insurance
The lessor provides car insurance valid only on the territory of the Republic of Poland, as specified on the civil liability insurance policy, only to persons who are authorized to use the car.

The lessee is fully liable for the car and any related effects for the lessor. The lessee may restrict his liability by buying TP (Theft Protection) and CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance. Insurance rates and amounts are shown in the pricelist.

Territorial restrictions
All rented cars can be used on the territory of the Republic of Poland, and no travel abroad is allowed without the lessor's prior consent. It is not allowed to travel with Sixt car to the following countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Ukraine and former Yugoslavia.

Payment
The following credit cards are accepted: Sixt Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express.

Payment can be made in cash after the end of rent or by bank transfer.

Airport fee
A fee of 12% is charged for each car rented at the airport.

Fuel
When rented, all cars have full fuel tank and should be returned with full fuel tank. Otherwise, the client shall be charged with a fee of Euro 1.5 per each missing litre.

Additional driver
For an additional driver, a fee of Euro 5 per day will be charged, but no more than Euro 15 under one rental agreement.
