Positive aspects:
Very good welcome on arrival. Very good food & surroundings. Very polite & helpful receptionists.

Negative aspects:
Room was ok but sleeping area could be changed around, bed was positioned in a very odd place. Needs new matress & bed linen and a slight decoration. The bed & position of bed was the only problem with my stay.

Positive aspects:
Pleasant and focused receptionist at check-in. Clean and freshened room on initial entry. Nice breakfast in AM

Negative aspects:
Difficult to get heavy luggage up outside stairs into main floor. Being in our early 60's - this posed problems.
