Great Central location. Nice accomodations & a friendly staff.
Negative aspects:
The Fine Dining Restaurant - The food & service were excellent. However, other diners in the restaurant had unruly children that were running around from table to table and doing whatever they wanted. Unfortunately the Restaurant staff did nothing to stop this behavior or deter it. For this kind of behavior to be tolerated in a fine dining establishment is unacceptable. It sort of ruined the experience/mood for everyone there, although things did improve when they finally left. 		My rating:

A very warm and welcoming impression on arrival after a long car journey. It's location in the heart of Lodz made it an ideal base for our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Worth the price, a little tricky to find though. Excellent service and splendid breakfast.
Negative aspects:
A better map would be of great help to future customers. It was hard to navigate the city of Lodz with the map provided by you over the net.		 My rating:

The man of the reception give us bad information about the bus to reach the city airport and the service didn't want to give me an aspirin for my headache.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Excellent location, clean and attracrive room. Having a bath as well was a real bonus. I loved the intricately decorated dining room and the food provided for breakfast was incredible. Would definitely stay there again if I am in Lodz.

The receptionist was not able to tell me where to get a bus to the airport, but offered to arrange a taxi for me.		 My rating:
