- freundliche Mitarbeiter im Bereich Rezeption, Housekeeping, Frühstück - das Frühstück ist sehr geschmackvoll und ausgiebig

Positive aspects:
It has been more than two months since I was in the hotel but I can tell you that the hotel, newly refurbished I belief provided me ,visiting my parent's home town of Konin , a very pleasant place to stay. The folks at the desk were most accomodating , speaking English quite comfortably I might add ( most of them) and the accomodation , typically small for a single room as is the case in Europe. The food downstairs was fine and the environment quite comfortable. THe price was excellent . Very reasonable . Felt comfortable to be there.
Negative aspects:
I would have liked wireless internet of course but that may be asking for the moon!! I also would recommend improving the night time lighting in the room. It would be far better to be able to have more lights to turn on at the desk or bed if needed. 		My rating:

Positive aspects:
The room was quite ok. Bathroom was recently repaired? It was very nice. After horrible hotel in Liethuania, this hotel and room were very nice.
Negative aspects:
Breakfast was not so good. Please, do normal intercontinental or english breakfast. 		My rating:

Ich war das zweite mal im Hotel Konin und bin sehr zufrieden.
Negative aspects:
Die Internetseite für die Zimmerbestellung fällt des öfteren aus. Die Telefonische Bestellung der Zimmer ist schwierig wegen der Verständigung in der Deutschen Sprache. In den Zimmern könnte der Fußboden öfters gereinigt werden.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The receiption staff were frinedly and helpfull, their English was execllent. The furnishings in the room were functional and modern. The restaurant was very pleasant, being tastefully decorated, the service was good (again proficient English was displayed), the food was well presented and of a high standard.
Negative aspects:
The room was small. The bathroom was of a low standard, the equitment and finishings being quite dated, There was a stark contrast between the bathroom and the actual bedroom. The prices in the restaurant were high by local standards, being disproportionate to the accomodation charges.		 My rating:
