Positive aspects:
A very nice hotel. Nice rooms with good size, dining area superb, very good parking, a pleasant, short walk to the historic city areas. Excellent front desk service. Recommended. We would stay there again.

Positive aspects:
Beautifull location and building. The suite was very nice. Great food at the restaurant. Good breakfast.

Negative aspects:
The driving directions found at your home page was sub-par: we had much difficulties finding your hotel and had to use a taxi cab as guide. Dust behind the cubboards.

Positive aspects:
Location is easy walk to old town situated next to very good Maritime museum.Good Breakfast buffet if early. Quiet location with good fair priced dinners.

Negative aspects:
Late comers to breakfast buffet may find a lack of options. Seems a reluctance to replenish some dishes near end. During sunday breakfast water dripped hard from light fixture in ceiling. Maybe a shower overflowed.

We were very pleased with our stay at hotel Krolewski. The breakfast was excellent,as was also the dinner which we enjoyed one night.We were even after two nights, offerd a much better room than we had paid for. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

Positive aspects:
Very conveniently located. Very nice large rooms; great views. The people on reception were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast on our first morning was good. Good value for money.

Negative aspects:
Would appreciate tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom. Also double beds or ones that could be linked together. The hotel lacked atmosphere. I am not sure how one could generate that but I seem to remember that the piped music was of the 'supermarket' type and 'warmer' music might help. It might also help if the manager talked briefly to each table at breakfast, showing genuine interest in what his guests have to say. Ask customers to give feedback there and then. The breakfast on our second morning eas not as good as the first; we felt we were eating leftovers from the day before and presentation of food was not good.

Excellent location,5mins walk from the main centre of the old town.Very friendly hotel,we had the best room ever in the price category.Breakfast was very good,will definately stay there again when visiting Gdansk.

Negative aspects:
We found the evening menu restrictive but it was very well presented.We wuold have liked more traditional We found the evening menu restrictive and would have liked a choice of tipical Polish fare,hence we had one meal in the hotel and ate out the rest of our stay.

Your hotel is beautifull situated close to the city center. When we arrived I was highly surprised and moved; the symphony orchester was practising. Like a dream.
