Reservations are confirmed for groups, not for specific types of vehicles.
Daily rates are for 24 hours counting from the start of a rental. If a
daily period is exceeded by more than 59 minutes, another full day will be
charged.
Some types of vehicles may not be available at every station of Europcar Poland. Each driver must present a driving licence issued at least one year before start of a rental. The driving licence must be valid in Poland. Renters minimum age is 21 years for groups A, T B, K; 23 years for groups C, D, E and 25 years for group G. All vehicles are supplied with a full petrol tank and Renter must pay for the missing petrol at the end of the rental. It is Renter's responsibility to refuel with the proper type of petrol. Renter must have an Europcar Poland permission to travel outside Poland. For details, please check with Reservation Office. Chauffeur Service is available upon request. For details, please check with Reservation Office (48-22 853-66-77 or e-mail us: office@europcar.com.pl) . In case of loss of a vehicle documents or keys the Renter will be charged up to DEM 400. Delivery or collection of vehicle up to 25 km from the nearest Europcar Poland station is subject to additional charge of DEM 20, above 25 km the charge is DEM 0.50 per 1 km. There is no extra charge for rentals terminating at any location of Europcar Poland. |
