Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms spotlessly clean. Location was perfect for picking up tour coaches and being close to Market Square. The bar/coffee lounge was wonderful with very pleasant staff and cosy atmosphere

Excellent location. Lovely building and very nice rooms.

Rooms at front suffered from noise - in particular workers dilling the old walls at 6.15 am on Saturday morning! While this was not the fault of the hotel, the hotel should have offered to pass on the complaint. Service at breakfast was rather minimal. This compares poorly with other Krakow hotels within the same price bracket (I've stayed in Krakow often).		 My rating:

- the service was fine: making phonecalls for me to taxi, train etc. - even the room-transfer in the middle of the week (which I forgot!) was taken care of by the personnel! - the location of the hotel is fantastic

The room was very nice,very clean and we felt very safe. We wanted to stay in the town center, you were not heavily advertised but we decided to take a chance on your hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised, we especially enjoyed the ambience and quaintness of your hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will certainly be back again someday. Obviously by my surname you can tell I am of Polish heritage, and this was our first trip to Krakow. For that matter, our first trip to Poland. We enjoyed both Krakow and Poland very very much. I think Krakow is the best kept secret here in America. With the excellent accomdations of hotels like yours and others, and the excellent sightseeing of Krakow more people should be aware of you city. I'm sure they would enjoy it too. Negative aspects:
We checked in late at about 1830, we went into the town center to meet a distant Polish relatives. I invited them back to the hotel around 2100 for coffee or drink but bar was closed. I was disappointed, we could have a nice quiet conservation with them. I realize that you can not stay open if you don't get enough late night customers, but maybe you should strive to get more people for late night food and drink. 		My rating:
